The laboratory complex is a joint activity of the Institutes for Nuclear Medicine, Radiochemistry, Experimental Molecular Imaging and Radiology and became operational in 2017. The laboratory offers the entire research chain from radiochemistry and tracer synthesis, multimodal imaging of small and large animals, behavior research and image-guided therapies such as high intensity focused ultrasound.
